Fast-growing Sheffield digital marketing firm Evoluted has bought its Lambert Street office building thanks to a £300,000 funding package from Santander Corporate & Commercial.

Established 10 years ago, the company has been leasing the premises for the past seven years.

The company employs 20 staff and operates in sectors including marketing, design, development and interactive media. It creates websites, digital content and digital marketing advice to clients including the University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield City Council and the Sheffield City Region of the NHS.

In 2009, Evoluted moved into Lambert Street, in Sheffield city centre. By 2011, its workforce had grown to 16 employees spread across three floors of the building.

The funding from Santander will now allow the company to purchase the Grade II listed 18th century office building, cutting costs and allowing the business to focus on growth.

Ash Young, managing director, said: We have worked with Santander since we first established Evoluted 10 years ago and they have really helped us to grow. We are really excited to be able to call our office our own, particularly given that this will now allow us to focus more on the business.”

Andy Beale, relationship director, Santander Corporate & Commercial, said: “Evoluted has been an excellent client for the past decade, and it’s great to see such positive and ambitious growth from the business. We are thrilled to be able to help with the purchase of the offices, which is a true testament to their hard work.”
