Diamond Dispersions, the Sheffield-based firm that supplies highly technical raw materials to ink jet printing ink manufacturers, is planning to build on its Queen’s Award winning export achievements.
The Darnall company has teamed up with international sales consultant, Shaun Sagar to boost its business in the Far East, USA, Europe and the UK.
Mr Sagar has more than 30 years experience in international sales and has worked with major international companies, developing business relationships with clients at high levels.
Diamond Dispersions director Peter Callahan said: “Together we have developed a clear sales strategy that will open the doors to large multi-national print companies.
“These companies are in the process of developing new technologies for which they will require specialists inks - that’s where we come in.”
Shaun Sagar added: “Diamond are attracting serious attention for their work in a global market which is set to double in size. The task in hand is to capitalise on the huge opportunities that are undoubtedly out there and deliver exponential growth.”
Diamond Dispersions was launched by former Business Link advisers Peter Callahan and Sue Wright five years ago.
More than 80 per cent of products are exported, 60pc to the Far East and 30pc to China. Diamond Dispersions has footholds in Brazil and the Ukraine. This year itachieved the Queen’s Award for International Trade.
