Glass manufacturer Beatson Clark has won a prestigious contract to supply bottles for a range of high-end sauces and dressings, developed by Wiltshire-based Owen Potts.
The deal extends the existing relationship between Rotherham-based Beatson Clark and Owen Potts, who made his name as an inventor of sauces, jams, condiments and dressings for brands, large and small, before launching a range under his own name.
Owen Potts’s wife, Michelle, praised Beatson Clark’s design.
“We love the bottle: it has a tall, slim silhouette that suits the simple label and it really makes the products stand out from the crowd,” said Michelle Potts.
Beatson Clark’s sales and marketing director Lynn Sidebottom said: “We’ve supplied glass containers to Owen Potts since he first launched four years ago and we’re really pleased that the company has chosen us to provide the bottles for its new range.”
n The new Owen Potts range will be sold exclusively through Sainsburys’ stores.
