CSE-Global (UK), the Eckington-based technology group, has acquired water and environmental management industries consultancy Tynemarch Systems Engineering.

Surrey-based Tynemarch has around 30 staff and provides a wide range of software development and consultancy services including asset management, water resources and supply optimisation, leakage management and water industry research.

CSE employs 400 staff in Eckington alone and is responsible for Singapore based CSE Global’s activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

CSE-Global group chief executive Alan Stubbs said “Tynemarch will become a key part of CSE’s expansion and we intend to invest further and grow the business providing career development opportunities in the United Kingdom and other parts of the world where CSE operates.”
