Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre is aiming to boost contacts with customers through social media channels after launching a new Mall-to-Mobile service.
The service means each retailer in the centre will be featured each month on social media, sharing news, details of offers and events with current and potential shoppers.
Centre manager, Lee Greenwood said: “Our shoppers spend an increasing amount of time online and we wanted to make sure we were able to take advantage of the opportunity to engage with them about their experience of the centre and retail needs.
“The service will run seven days-a-week, twenty-four hours-a-day so our social conversations won’t be restricted to traditional office hours.”
Mall-to-Mobile has already been rolled out in a number of other centres across the UK, where it has boosted footfall, ‘dwell time’ and customer loyalty.
