Corporate lawyers from Nabarro’s Sheffield office have completed their biggest deal of the year.

The Victoria Quays-based firm’s corporate team advised Bank of Ireland on the €690 million (£577 million) sale of its London-based lending division, Burdale Financial Holdings, to US bank, Wells Fargo.

Corporate partner Andrea Cropley led the Nabarro team, which included associates James Foster, Lizzy Webster and Richard Lee.
