City law firm chosen to give legal advice to association

Sheffield law firm Lupton Fawcett Denison Till has been chosen to provide legal advice to members of the Property Care Association in England and Wales.

The new Legal Helpline offers PCA members up to 30 minutes of free preliminary advice on subjects such as commercial contracts, property and leases as well as company sale or purchase.

Lupton Fawcett Denison Till will also provide pre-litigation debt recovery on a “no recovery no fee” basis and could also offer discounted legal services to companies which do not already have a solicitor.

The PCA represents companies providing structural waterproofing, wood preservation, damp proofing, flood recovery, structural maintenance and invasive weed control services.
