Passengers are being asked to give their views on proposed changes to bus services.

A public consultation is being launched in Rotherham from Monday, November 4.

The month-long event is being launched by Rotherham Council, South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive and bus operators.

The organisations have united to establish a ‘bus partnership’, working together to agree routes and fares.

A series of public question and answer sessions are being held:

n Harthill Village Hall on Thursday, November 7, from 4pm to 8pm.

n Rotherham Interchange on Monday, November 11, from 9am to noon and Tuesday, November 12, from noon to 3pm.

n North Anston Parish Hall on Wednesday, November 13, from 4pm to 6pm.

n Dinnington Interchange on Thursday, November 14, from 11am to 1pm.

n Kiveton Park and Wales Village Hall on Tuesday, November 19, from 2pm to 5pm.

People can give their views online at rotherhambuspartnership.co.uk or by filling in a questionnaire, available on buses or from Travel Information Centres in Rotherham, Dinnington and Meadowhall.
