Their new Chef’s Table gives guests cookery tips and a fine dinner. The award-winning East Lodge Hotel in Rowsley are labelling it the ultimate dining experience.
It makes fine use of their huge new £¼ million kitchen and has been developed as a spectacular centrepiece. Up to eight can dine from custom-crafted tasting menus while getting a bird’s eye view of Head Chef Simon Bradley and his team at work. Simon knows a good kitchen when he sees one. He has cooked in the Paris Ritz and Raymond Blanc’s celebrated Le Manoir.
