Bank workers swapped their desks and keyboards for paint brushes and overalls to help brighten up Magna Science Adventure Centre.
The 14 members of the Sheffield-based HSBC customer analytics team spent a day painting the dark purple walls of the back office area cream and red.
Magna marketing manager Joanna Dunn said: “Magna is a registered charity so there is always pressure on how money is spent. The back office area not only accommodates staff but also hosts VIP guests and corporate clients attending corporate events so it is important it looks good.
“We were impressed with the speed of the team.”
