Marketing agency Uber has won a contract to create a new social media campaign for windscreen repair and replacement specialist Auto Windscreens.
The Sheffield-based agency, which was recently named one of the top three agencies outside London, has developed a series of cartoon animals with their own Facebook and Twitter accounts and blogs, that will lead the campaign.
Uber’s head of digital, Nic Jones, said: ‘This is the kind of brief Art Directors dream of – character development, illustration and deciding what car a Gerbil should drive.
“When it comes to rolling out the campaign, our social team should have no problems in building a following when the core development is so strong and full of personality.”
