Assured wins new contract

Assured Fire and Security has won a £36,000 contract to carry out major improvements to fire security systems at world-beating wound treatment company Systagenix's World Healing Centre of Excellence in Gargrave, North Yorkshire.

"This is an extremely important contract for us," said Dinnington-based Assured's business development manager, James Ashby.

"This is the start of what we at Assured hope will be a very strong business relationship for the future with a world-leading company."

Systagenix developed the first ready made surgical dressings in the 1880s and produces innovative skin and wound care products.
