Apartment block approved on site of Sheffield car sales firm
A car sales business will be redeveloped into an apartment block.
City councillors have approved Cambridge Property Company’s plan for TTS Car Sales in Archer Road, Woodseats.
The firm - which also runs the garage - already had permission to build 19 apartments on the site, although a previous application for 24 apartments had been rejected.

Hide AdNeighbours raised concerns about noise, privacy and traffic. But councillors were satisfied that the revised 28 apartment plan did not fall foul of planning guidelines.
