A PAPERWORK error saw Carole Allen wait from July until March until she got the wardrobe she paid for from Bensons for Beds – with a little help from The Star.
A second paperwork error meant her £144 compensation failed to arrive.
Carole, of Swallownest, got back in touch with us after waiting two months.
UNFORTUNATELY, Action Desk’s email was forwarded to another Carole Allen who works at Bensons for Beds.
Fortunately, she sent it to the right department and customer Carole now has a cheque.
She said: “We really appreciate your help in sorting this out. We can now move on and put this dreadful fiasco behind us.”
