ESTATE agent Blundells is pioneering a new service to make moving home faster and easier.
The firm, which lays claim to being Sheffield and North Derbyshire's largest estate agent, has launched Blundells Conveyancing To Go to ensure contracts can be signed as soon as a buyer has been found.

In the past, a solicitor would often only ope
n a file when instructed on a new sale and not do anything else until a buyer has been found.

That could cause frustrating delays if outstanding legal, planning and building regulations issues emerged.

Blundells' new service aims to identify any issues at the start, so that they can be dealt with before a buyer is found.

Director, Paul Cocker, said:

"Our new service is a groundbreaking move in the house buying process.

"We have been working towards launching this product for a long time and we are very excited that it is now available for our clients."
