Kilmartin Property Group has let the remaining two floors of office space in the ICON development, on Doncaster's First Point Business Park.
Gladedale, the residential property developer that acquired Mexborough-based Ben Bailey last year, has taken 10,164 sq ft on the first floor and FKI Bridon has taken 10,186 sq ft on the ground floor.
The offices have been let on 10 year leases at a rent of £13.75 a square foot.
Kilmartin director Graham Sadler said: "These two lettings demonstrate that office demand still exists in the market, for well-located top quality Grade A space, positioned at the right price structure."
Kilmartin was advised by joint letting agents Knight Frank and PPH Chappell and Co.
