Lambert Smith Hampton has been named the Most Active Office Agent in Yorkshire for the third year running.
The award was presented by property industry magazine Estates Gazette, after LSH recorded more deals in the office sector across Yorkshire than any other firm.

LSH was also named the UK's most active agent nationwide, recording more deals than any other commercial property consultant in the UK.

LSH Sheffield director Guy Gilfillan, said: "Securing the top Yorkshire agent's award is testament to the hard work of the agency teams in our Sheffield and Leeds offices and the strength of our regional knowledge and national network of offices."
