THE former Laycast Foundry at Woodhouse, to the east of Sheffield, is to be redeveloped on a speculative and design and build basis to provide office, industrial and warehouse units.
Ski Town Builders, which owns the 15 acre site, has formed a joint venture with local developer J F Finnegan to redevelop the site.

Philip Hollister, from J F Finnegan, said: "As soon as we became aware of this sites forthcoming availability, we could see its potential for redevelopment, and were delighted to learn we had been selected as preferred joint venture partner.

"The site complements our other commercial development sites in the area."

The first phase of the development is expected to be completed by the summer of next year.

Joint agents for the site are GVA Grimley and Crossland Otter Hunt.
