Three-quarters of the 101 apartments in the latest phase of Sheffield's £110 million Velocity Village development have been let, five weeks after they were put on the market.
The contemporary one-bedroom and two- bedroom apartments are part of what developers describe as South Yorkshire's largest speculative mixed use development.

City-based internet service provider, PlusNet, occupies 36,000sq ft of the first phase of

It was completed in June and incorporates 133 apartments, 70 of which were sold off-plan to investors, with the remainder all being let to tenants.

Later this year, 200 apartments in the next phase of the development will be put on the market.

When it is completed, Velocity Village will comprise a total of 127,000sq ft of office space, 433 studio, one and two bedroom apartments and a number of penthouses suites, set around landscaped courtyards.
