Edexcel, the UK's largest examining and awarding body, has taken a lease on a second industrial warehouse on Hellaby Industrial Estate in Rotherham.
DTZ advised the company on its acquisition of Rion House, a 33,561 sq ft industrial unit on a 12 year lease, at a rent of £4.15 a square foot.
Edexcel, which is part of the Pearson Group, now occupies more than 80,000 sq ft on the Hellaby Industrial Estate.
