An increasing number of businesses in Sheffield are choosing to locate in the northern section of the city centre, says developer Metier.
Director Andrew Hine, says: "The amount of investment in the area has been steadily rising in recent years and the location is experiencing much higher footfalls as a result.

"The northern section is close to the Cathedral Quarter, which has a range of good restaurants and shops and is also close to the ring road, making it easily accessible."

New occupiers include award-winning Sheffield-based internet service provider PlusNet, construction and property consultant RLF and Tesco.

Metier's Metis development on Scotland Street, incorporates five new, self-contained individual business units, ranging from 208 sq m (2,231 sq ft) to 641 sq m (6,908 sq ft), with secure parking.
