Storage business Big Yellow is to build a new facility in Sheffield, on 1.44 acres of land at the junction of Queens Road and Myrtle Road.
Atisreal's Sheffield office sold the land on behalf of Keyline Builders Merchants, which will continue to trade from its long established Queens Road branch whilst a purpose-built outlet is constructed on a part of the site it has retained.
