Barnsley is booming and the new Queen's Court business centre is aiming to take full advantage of the increase in commerce which the town is attracting.
Formerly a Victorian hotel, the building has been completely, yet sympathetically renovated. Many of its original features have been retained and sit comfortably with the stylish, contemporary interior which offers 12 superbly appointed office suites
ranging in size from 39 sq m (428 sq ft) to 1,517 sq m (16,330 sq ft).

Arranged over four floors the accommodation provides everything a company needs to operate professionally and efficiently.

All office suites include telephone and broadband internet access ports, comfort cooling, carpeting and intruder alarms.

There is a fully managed reception and bureau services can be provided which includes secretarial and IT support.

The suites are offered with a choice of terms - either traditional leases, where the tenant is responsible for repairs, insurance and maintenance; or flexible, fully serviced terms with building insurance, electricity, heating, cleaning and meeting room access all included in the rent.

Queen's Court is the ideal environment for a variety of businesses such as financial and professional services, media and design based businesses.

Since completion of the refurbishment, interest in the scheme has been high with deals for 30 per cent of the space in solicitors hands and negotiations taking place for additional lettings.

Andrew Corbett of sole letting agents, Smiths, said: "Queen's Court is a landmark building situated at the heart of Barnsley's commercial centre.

"Its innovative design combines traditional architecture with modern business needs.

"It is ideally situated for access to the motorway network with the M1 approximately 1.5 miles to the west at junction 37, and for the public transport system with the new Transport Interchange located just a few metres away."

It has everything you could want from modern business premises, provides the perfect working environment for your staff and is bound to impress your visitors.
