ENGLAND under 21s are heading for Bramall Lane next month.
The young elite will be taking on the Czech Republic on Tuesday November 18 in a friendly at Sheffield United's home.

The game follows this week's European Under-21 Championship play-offs against Wales.

England coach Stuart Pearce said: "I'm very much looking forward to taking the under-21s to Bramall Lane. It's a club and a city with a fantastic football history.

"The play-offs against Wales will be tough matches but we are determined to qualify for the championship, and the Czech Republic game is intended as the first step towards preparing the squad for the finals."

Young England face Wales at Cardiff on Friday night followed by the home leg at Villa Park a week tonight. The prize is a place in a place in next summer's European U-21 Championship in Sweden

The under-21s are likely to include Premier League stars Joe Hart (Manchester City), Gabby Agbonlahor (Aston Villa), Tom Huddlestone (Tottenham) and James Milner (Aston Villa).

Tickets for Bramall Lane will be priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.

Meanwhile, Sheffield United midfielder David Cotterill's chances of playing for Wales on Saturday against Liechtenstein have been lifted.

Cardiff's Joe Ledley has withdrawn injured. Doncaster's Brian Stock has also pulled out, with a back problem.

United's David Carney has been named in the Australia squad for their World Cup qualifier against Qatar.

Keith Gillespie is in the Northern Ireland squad and keeper Justin Haber has been picked for Malta.
