A WORRIED Doncaster couple have told of their fears over their son's eating habits - their little boy exists on a diet of pots of yoghurt.
Two-year-old Bobby Glarvet refuses to eat anything but yoghurt - and his diet has caused his mum and dad such distress that they turned to a TV expert to help them get Bobby on the meat and two veg.

The family appeared on ITV1 documentary My Child Won't Eat on Monday night hoping that the show's nutritional experts would be able to offer some advice on little Bobby's unusual eating habits.

Dad Craig said: "Things had reached breaking point. We would take him out for a meal and he would scream if given anything but yoghurt or the odd piece of chocolate.

"Imagine the looks people would give us watching us feed our child. We're not bad parents and we were getting sick of people thinking we were.

"After exhausting all the other options, we called the company that makes Super Nanny for help. But they decided to make another show about child food phobias, which we now think Bobby has."

A TV crew spent six months with the Glarvets and child psychologist Gillian Harris set to work getting Bobby to try out different grub.

"He manages a bit of breakfast cereal now but you can still feel his ribs," Craig said.

"Having the crew around was difficult at times, especially for Sally, his mum, because they would ask us things that were personal and hard to answer as parents.

"I was not looking forward to seeing myself on TV as I wasn't seeking fame - I was just interested in helping my son."
