A POLICEWOMAN had to be cut free from her car following a collision.
The woman, believed to be in her late 30s, was travelling to work along the A632 between Duckmanton and Bolsover when she stopped due to floodwater on the road.

A VW Golf behind her was unable to stop in time and ran into the back of her Corsa. She suffered back injuries.

Firefighters from Staveley were first on the scene, followed by a crew from Bolsover, who had to cut the roof off her car.
