FLOOD victims in Barnsley are urged to attend the town hall tomorrow when a 2,000-signature petition is handed to council chiefs.
Susan Bradshaw, of Wombwell, will hand in a petition demanding better flood defences and regular dredging of rivers at 2.30pm.

And she is urging people to join her on the steps to show their support.

She said: "The floods we experienced last year caused untold misery, both emotional and financial, for hundreds of families and the council and other government agencies must make sure this never happens again."
