Theatre group performs a classic hit to celebrate 75th anniversary

A SHEFFIELD theatre group are rounding off their 75th anniversary year with a stage production of the classic Daphne Du Maurier novel Rebecca.
The play is being put on by Ecclesfield Priory Players at the suburb's Eppic Theatre from October 7 to 11.

Wendy Martin will play Mrs Maxim DeWinter, while Jean Dalby will play Mrs Danvers. David Challenger appears as Frank Crawley, with Michael Cottyn playing Jack Favell.

The big year will be rounded off on December 1 with a carol concert by the Folk Chorale.
