SO easily dished out - not so easily cancelled.
A week after NCP promised to bin Julie Brigg's outrageous £100 fine for breaking parking rules, she received a letter demanding the money.

Julie, aged 52, of Longley, Sheffield, was hit with the ludicrous fine when she squeezed in beside a giant 4x4 at the Hartshead car park in Sheffield city centre, and her wheels went over the bay line.
