SKY has given Action Desk the best laugh this year after Wendy Murphy's cancellation request sparked a string of silly letters.
Wendy, of Holmley Lane, Dronfield, cancelled her direct debit in July because only her husband was watching it. From then on it was hassle all the way.

The first letter from Sky refuses to accept she wants out, and says she'll be invoiced instead.
The next acknowledges she wants to go, but the one following demands payment. Then two arrive on the same day, one saying there's no record of her cancellation request and the other saying 'welcome back!'.

Wendy said: "I've spent ages on the phone of course. I'm at my wit's end."

A SKY spokesman said: "Sorry, we've cancelled everything and sent her £30."
