IS The Urban Letting Company still in business?
Julian Garside has his doubts. He's been trying to contact the firm since July when his daughter moved out of a flat.

The £525 deposit should have been returned within 10 days of her departure. But he's had nothing.

Julian, of Manchester, said
he was fobbed off with every call. Then they stopped answering, probably because they recognised his number, he claims.

But the website is still working and advertising properties.

Karen MacKey is believed to be the boss of the firm, based on Wilkinson Street and registered to Tye Road, Beighton, Sheffield.

If you have any information call Action Desk on 0114 252 1307.
