Transport interchanges
Sheffield has two transport interchanges, one at Pond Street in
the city centre and the other at Meadowhall, linked to one of
the country's largest out-of-town shopping complexes.
At Pond Street, travellers can access the extensive city bus network,
as well as services to neighbouring towns.
It is also a destination for national coach services. The site
is next to the Midland Rail Station, which has an adjacent Supertram
stop linking into the city's tram network. Meadowhall Interchange
serves buses, coaches, trains and trams. |

Sheffield Airport is a few minutes from junctions 33 and 34 of
the M1 and by dual carriageway from the city centre. It operates
a summer service Jersey and private pleasure fights. Details of
