The Star's Gift of Life campaign has already recruited at least 28,000 people in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire to join the NHS Organ Donor Register but we still want more.
And you can make a difference by signing up today - using the electronic form here.

This first page will register your support of our campaign and then it links directly to the official NHS Organ Donor Register, a confidential, computerised database.
The NHS database holds the wishes of more than 15 million people who have decided they want to give others the chance of life after their death.

We want readers to be aware of the desperate lack of available organs, the plight of patients on the waiting list for a transplant and to highlight the huge benefits to those lucky enough to receive a new donated organ and a second chance at life.

When the 31st Westfield Health British Transplant Games took place in Sheffield in August, hundreds of children and adults from across the country who have benefited from a transplant came to the city to take part in sporting events to throw the spotlight on the vital need for more organ donors.
